Quality Controls are carried out following the procedures required by the quality system. Eredi Bossini works according to UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 standards and has an internal metrological laboratory to check production quality. Our quality control is based on the S.P.C. method (Statistical Process Control), which is then applied on digital media to obtain data tracking and achieve complete customer satisfaction and confidence. The entire production of Eredi Bossini is guaranteed by meticulous quality controls every 60 minutes, using the most advanced instruments currently available. All measurement data are automatically filed by our server on digital supports, so the products are traceable and available to customers on request. UNI-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 standards are a constant goal for the company to improve and compete in the global market: design, produce, deliver and assist customers, always guaranteeing seriousness, professionalism, quality, loyalty and discretion in the management of orders. Types of machines are constantly expanding and updating to provide products according with market needs. The frequency of sampling and the control tests are carried out on the basis of rigorous standards. In addition to this, it is consolidated practice to carry out accurate dimensional and surface finish checks.
